Refund Policy

This policy describes the circumstances under which refunds may be issued. All refund requests are subject to review by our compliance and payments team.
1. General Policy
- Once funds have been used to place bets or play games, they are not eligible for refund.
- Deposits that remain unwagered may be withdrawn through the normal withdrawal process.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the deposit where possible.
- Processing time for refunds varies by payment method (1-10 business days).
2. Eligible Refund Scenarios
- Duplicate deposits — If the same deposit is processed more than once due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded.
- Unauthorized transactions — If a deposit was made without the account holder's authorization (subject to investigation and verification).
- System errors — If a deposit was credited incorrectly due to a platform malfunction.
- Failed game rounds — If a game round fails due to a server error and the stake was deducted, the stake will be refunded.
- Account closure — Remaining real-money balance upon voluntary account closure, subject to KYC verification.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Losses incurred from normal gameplay (bets, spins, hands).
- Bonus funds or bonus winnings that have been forfeited.
- Deposits made by self-excluded players (the balance will be returned upon account review).
- Deposits made from accounts that violate our Terms of Service.
- Cryptocurrency deposits sent to an incorrect address or wrong network by the player.
4. How to Request a Refund
- Contact customer support via live chat or email with your account details and transaction reference.
- Provide a clear description of the reason for the refund request.
- Include any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction confirmations).
- Our team will review the request and respond within 48 hours.
5. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting our support team is considered a breach of our Terms of Service. It may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent account closure. We encourage all players to contact support to resolve payment issues before initiating a chargeback.
