Sportsbook Rules

These rules govern all sports betting activity on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules. In case of conflict with general Terms of Service, these sport-specific rules take precedence for betting matters.

1. Bet Placement

  • All bets must be placed before the scheduled start time of the event unless live (in-play) betting is offered.
  • Bets are confirmed only when the system issues a bet confirmation with a unique bet ID.
  • The operator is not responsible for bets that fail to be placed due to connectivity or system issues.
  • Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and may vary by sport, event, and player.
  • The operator reserves the right to limit stakes or restrict access to markets at its discretion.

2. Odds & Pricing

  • Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation.
  • The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
  • In cases of obvious pricing errors (palpable errors), the operator reserves the right to void or re-settle bets at corrected odds.
  • Bookmaker odds are expressed as integer percentages (Sportszing convention).
  • Fancy market odds are expressed in paisa rate format.

3. Settlement

  • Bets are settled based on official results published by the governing body of the sport or recognized data providers.
  • Settlement typically occurs within minutes of the event conclusion.
  • In case of a dispute over the result, the operator's decision is final pending investigation.
  • If a settlement error is identified, the operator reserves the right to re-settle at any time.

4. Event Postponement & Abandonment

  • If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets stand.
  • If postponed beyond 48 hours, all bets are voided and stakes returned.
  • If an event is abandoned, only markets that have been unconditionally determined are settled. All other bets are voided.
  • For cricket: DLS method results are recognized for settlement if officially declared.

5. Live / In-Play Betting

  • Live betting is available on selected events and markets.
  • There may be a slight delay between bet placement and confirmation during live events.
  • The operator reserves the right to suspend or remove markets at any time during a live event.
  • Bets placed during periods of suspension will be voided.
  • If a significant event (goal, wicket, red card) occurs before bet confirmation, the bet may be voided.

6. Multiples / Accumulators

  • Multiple bets (accas) combine two or more selections into a single bet.
  • All selections must win for the bet to pay out.
  • If any selection is voided, the bet is recalculated excluding that selection.
  • Related contingencies (same event, correlated outcomes) may not be combined.
  • Maximum payout limits apply to accumulator bets.

7. Dead Heat

When two or more selections tie in a win market (e.g., top batsman, top scorer), dead heat rules apply. The payout is calculated by dividing the stake by the number of tied winners and paying at full odds for that portion.

8. Maximum Payout

  • Maximum payout limits (MPL) apply per event, per market, and per player.
  • MPL values are displayed before bet placement where applicable.
  • Winnings exceeding the MPL will be capped at the maximum payout limit.
  • The operator reserves the right to adjust MPL values at any time.

9. Voided Bets

Bets may be voided in the following circumstances: event abandonment, palpable error, technical malfunction, breach of terms, markets offered in error, or regulatory requirement. When a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's account.
