Responsible Gaming

Last updated: 28 May 2026

Gambling should be fun and entertaining. We are committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment and offer a range of tools to help you stay in control. If you feel that gambling is becoming a problem, we strongly encourage you to use the tools below or seek professional help.

1. Player Protection Tools

We provide the following tools accessible from your Account Settings:

  • Deposit Limits — Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
  • Loss Limits — Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose in a given period.
  • Wager Limits — Control the maximum amount you can wager in a given period.
  • Session Time Limits — Set a time limit for your gaming sessions with automatic notifications.
  • Reality Check — Periodic pop-up reminders showing your session duration, amount wagered, and net win/loss.

2. Self-Assessment

If you answer "yes" to any of the following, you may need to seek help:

  • Do you spend more money or time gambling than you intended?
  • Do you feel restless or irritable when trying to stop gambling?
  • Have you tried to cut back but been unable to?
  • Do you gamble to escape problems or relieve negative feelings?
  • Do you chase losses by gambling more to try to win back money?
  • Have you lied to family or friends about your gambling?
  • Has gambling affected your work, studies, or relationships?

3. Self-Exclusion

If you need a break, you can self-exclude for a set period:

  • 24 hours — short cool-off period
  • 7 days — week-long break
  • 30 days — monthly break
  • 6 months — extended exclusion
  • Permanent — indefinite self-exclusion (cannot be reversed)

During self-exclusion, you will be unable to log in, place bets, or make deposits. Marketing communications will also be suspended.

4. Underage Gambling Prevention

We strictly prohibit underage gambling. All players must be at least 18 years old (or the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction). We verify ages during registration and may request additional proof of age at any time. We recommend parents use parental control software to restrict access to gambling websites.

5. Help & Support Resources

  • GamCare — Free information, support, and counselling for problem gamblers.
  • Gambling Therapy — Free online support and practical advice.
  • Gamblers Anonymous — Fellowship-based recovery support.
  • BeGambleAware — Free, confidential help and support.

6. Tips for Safe Gambling

  • Set a budget before you start and stick to it.
  • Never chase losses.
  • Take regular breaks.
  • Do not gamble when upset, tired, or under the influence.
  • Keep track of time and money spent.
  • Remember: gambling is entertainment, not a source of income.
