Affiliate Terms

These terms govern the affiliate program. By registering as an affiliate, you agree to promote the platform in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

1. Eligibility

• Affiliates must be at least 18 years of age.
• Affiliates must not be registered as players on the platform or hold any player accounts.
• The operator reserves the right to reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
• Affiliates must comply with all applicable advertising and gambling regulations in their jurisdiction.

2. Commission Structure

• Commission rates are based on net gaming revenue (NGR) generated by referred players.
• The commission percentage is determined by the affiliate tier, volume, and agreement.
• Negative carryover: if referred players generate net losses for the operator in a given period, the negative balance may carry forward.
• Commission is calculated monthly and paid within 15 days of the month end.
• Minimum payout thresholds apply — commissions below the threshold roll over to the next period.

3. Tracking & Attribution

• Referrals are tracked via unique affiliate links and tracking codes.
• A referred player is attributed to the affiliate for the lifetime of the player's account.
• Players who register without using the affiliate's tracking link will not be attributed.
• Self-referrals (affiliates referring themselves or associates) are strictly prohibited and will result in termination.

4. Promotional Guidelines

• Affiliates must not make misleading or false claims about the platform.
• All promotional content must include responsible gambling messaging.
• Affiliates must not target minors or vulnerable individuals.
• Spam, unsolicited emails, and social media spam are strictly prohibited.
• Use of the operator's brand assets must comply with brand guidelines provided.
• Affiliates must not bid on the operator's brand terms in paid search advertising without prior approval.
• Affiliates must not promote the platform in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Incentivized sign-ups (paying users to register or deposit) without prior approval.
• Cookie stuffing, click fraud, or artificial traffic generation.
• Creating fake reviews or testimonials.
• Using malware, adware, or pop-unders to redirect traffic.
• Any activity that could damage the operator's reputation or brand.

6. Termination

• Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship with 30 days written notice.
• The operator may terminate immediately for breach of these terms or applicable law.
• Upon termination, all outstanding commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid.
• Affiliate must remove all promotional materials and tracking links within 7 days of termination.

7. Liability

The affiliate operates as an independent contractor, not an employee or agent of the operator. The affiliate is solely responsible for the content and manner of their promotions and for compliance with applicable laws. The operator is not liable for any claims arising from the affiliate's promotional activities.
