Self Exclusion
Last updated: 28 May 2026
Self-exclusion is a tool that allows you to take a break from gambling for a specified period. Once activated, you will be unable to access your account, place bets, make deposits, or receive promotional communications.
1. How It Works
- Navigate to Account Settings and select the Responsible Gambling section.
- Choose your preferred exclusion period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 6 months, or permanent).
- Confirm your decision. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately.
- During the exclusion period, your account will be locked and inaccessible.
2. During Self-Exclusion
- You cannot log in to your account.
- You cannot place bets or play casino games.
- You cannot make deposits or withdrawals (pending withdrawals will be processed).
- You will not receive any marketing or promotional communications.
- Any active bonuses will be suspended.
3. After Self-Exclusion
- For time-limited exclusions, your account will be automatically reactivated after the period expires.
- You will be notified via email when the exclusion period ends.
- A 24-hour cooling-off period applies before you can place bets again.
- Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed. Contact customer support for any inquiries regarding permanent exclusion.
4. Account Balance
Any remaining balance in your account at the time of self-exclusion can be withdrawn. Contact customer support to arrange withdrawal of funds during the exclusion period.
