Cryptocurrency Policy

This policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cryptocurrency transactions on our platform. By depositing or withdrawing using cryptocurrency, you agree to these terms.
1. Supported Cryptocurrencies
- Bitcoin (BTC) — Primary cryptocurrency. 8 decimal places precision.
- Ethereum (ETH) — ERC-20 network. 8 decimal places precision.
- Tether (USDT) — Stablecoin pegged to USD. TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks supported. 6 decimal places.
- Litecoin (LTC) — Fast transaction confirmations. 8 decimal places precision.
The list of supported cryptocurrencies may be expanded or modified at any time.
2. Deposits
- Deposits are credited after the required number of network confirmations (varies by cryptocurrency).
- Always verify the deposit address and selected network before sending funds.
- Sending funds to the wrong address or wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.
- Minimum deposit amounts apply and vary by cryptocurrency.
- The platform is not responsible for delays caused by blockchain network congestion.
- Deposit addresses may change — always use the latest address provided in your account.
3. Withdrawals
- Withdrawals are processed to the wallet address specified by the player.
- Network fees (gas fees) are deducted from the withdrawal amount or charged separately.
- Withdrawal processing times depend on blockchain network speed and internal review.
- KYC verification may be required before processing cryptocurrency withdrawals.
- The platform is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect withdrawal address provided by the player.
4. Coin Mixing & Tainted Funds
- The platform prohibits the use of coin mixing, tumbling, or anonymization services to obscure the origin of funds.
- Deposits identified as originating from coin mixers, darknet markets, or sanctioned wallets will be frozen and investigated.
- We use blockchain analytics tools to screen all incoming transactions for compliance.
- Funds identified as tainted or linked to illicit activity will be reported to relevant authorities and may be seized.
5. Exchange Rate
- Cryptocurrency values are converted to the player's account currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit or withdrawal.
- Exchange rates are sourced from recognized market data providers.
- The platform is not responsible for value fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.
- Stablecoin (USDT/USDC) deposits maintain a 1:1 peg to USD for conversion purposes.
6. Security
- The majority of crypto funds are stored in cold wallets with multi-signature security.
- Hot wallets are maintained with only the minimum balance required for daily operations.
- Two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended for all accounts using cryptocurrency.
- The platform is not responsible for funds lost due to compromised player wallet credentials.
7. Regulatory Compliance
All cryptocurrency transactions are subject to the same AML/KYC requirements as fiat transactions. We comply with applicable regulations regarding virtual asset service providers (VASPs) and may implement additional measures as required by our licensing authority.
